Note to Self...............

Make sure that you cut all of the LONGGGGGGGGGGGG sashing strips the same width prior to putting them in the quilt... not after the top is done.  At least it's too big and not too small.

Back to my ripping now..........

OK "note to self" this is always my best lesson, one time wrong and you will never do it again...well I always hope it doesn't happen again! Sorry Nancy, good time to watch a good TV show "while you rip"! Have a great weekend! (Did you see Mickey's quilt is on the KKB blog?)

Oh, I feel your pain. I have ripped so much on my current quilt I am almost afraid to sew any more on it. But we will both finally have a beautiful, completed quilt. Yea!

Ugh...hey the bright side is: You noticed it BEFORE it was quilted. LOL :)

Just had to adjust border strips myself because I changed my mind about how wide they should be. Fortunately I had only sewn on one border so relatively minimal ripping was involved. But still--it wasn't any fun.
