Pulled Pork BBQ

My hubby is a BIG BBQ fan. When we go see the Law Student in Richmond we have to visit the Smokey Pig or Buzz and Ned's.

I found a recipe for Pulled Pork BBQ on the A Year of Crockpotting blog. I bought the pork shoulder while hunting and gathering yesterday and it cooked all day today. With some cole slaw and keiser rolls, it is an awesome meal. Hubby really liked it. I highly recommend the recipe.

Living here in the South, I get good BBQ all the time. I have made the crockpot kind and it really is good - and easy!!
Congrats on winning a prize from Bitty Bit and Pieces. I feel I had some small part in it since I was one of the people who said "I came here from Patchwork Penguin." LOL

I pulled out my crockpot last month & I'm enjoying re-discovering it's advantages.
I love barbecue but only chicken & it can't be dry!
I am in on the Stashbusters UFo challenge-just finished number 4 for 2009!

Loved the pulled pork bbq, tasted great and the smell coming from the kitchen was maddening. The only problem was when I got boneless pork shoulder roast home the I discovered the store replace the bone with fat. That is what I get for going to a chain store instead of the butcher, lol. mmc
