Guess what season it is???? Last night my hubby and I made 24 jars of jam. There is also some more in a box in the fridge that I didn't have clean jars for. I want to buy 9 more quart of berries and make at least 24 more jars....... hopefully that should last us the year. But the way my kids eat strawberry jam, who knows.
This morning I got ambitious and made a strawberry pie. It is so easy. Water, sugar, cornstarch, and strawberry jello......... plus the berries and a baked pie crust. YUM!!!!! Abby thought we needed to blog a picture of the pie, so she took the picture before I cut into it.
